I haven't been trying to actively lose weight, but I've lost 4 inches around my waist in the past couple months. Only thing I'm doing is just cutting back on portions.

Portion size is a lot of our problems Todd. If we would pay attention to portion size on the containers we would all be a lot better off.

Patty and I have been trying as well. But with the problems patty has, she just keeps going up and down with a gradual up incline over time. We are hoping after she has the surgery that she can start to get it under control again.
