for a penny a day you can clean your neighbor hood of extra cats..... it sounds rough but it is better than letting them starve. or get run over. My neighbors would not be thrilled. I don't understand why they think I should keep my dog inside a fence or on leash, but its OK to let their cats run all over the place and multiply!
