I also recommend conservative goals. Then when you reach them you can say, that was easy I can crank out a few more.

I had a Joint Commission inspector once who would told me "I don't want to use the s-word, but is it usually like this around here?" We both got a laugh out of that!

usually it's never quiet in here but it's a saturday and the channel I'm on is mostly detectives not working lol
