That's the ones, sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon,fry them until the sugar starts to crystallize and make a crust.....YUM.

When ever I went to S. Korea I loved going to the street vendors and getting fried shrimp they would wrap up in old news papers and just munching until they were all gone. There were other foods too, but the shrimp were my fav. They would batter them up and drop in the hot oil right in front of you. Oh and they were of course WHOLE shrimp.
