I have to find a 340 AND a 460!

I didn't get in on the Ganzaa, but if I had it would probably have been the KDH.

Opened it up, and to my surprise...I got shorted 2 340's <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Already sent an email to the ladies and I'm sure it'll get worked out...but man, given the scarcity of these, my heart sank when I realized there was only one 340. I'll take it if it's all I can get...but man, my Dad is gonna be begging me for mine (heck no he can't have mine <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />).

Will try to get some pics up tomorrow...the little 340 is everything I thought it would be!!

My Scrapmaxs came in today, so I figured this thread could use another comparison pic. Came very sharp, by Beef, and looking forward to using them on some game. My better half got a 460 allso, to go with her original Elmax. She was wanting a little more length for kitchen duty. hehe don't go there. great pic.... it is my understanding that the mini choil is there to make it easier to sharpen the complete edge. several companies use them. the one on my SOG Trident has never bothered me. i now wish i had order the smaller elmax knife. but there is knob creek.

Sorry I neglected this thread I started. Shortly after i started it, storms killed my power and Internet, then I got too busy for (more than read-only) forum time.

I don't own a ton of Scraps, but I have more than a couple. I own other Bussekin and knives from other makers too. If there is a comparison pic anyone wants to see, let me know. Maybe I can post what you request.

Obviously, any of the knives in my avatar would be easy for comparison photos.

As for using the new Scrap Maxs, I have a project coming up that had a utility knife planned as a key tool, I think I'll break-in these Scraps instead.

Dan, these are very capable designs that fill a void my big beefy knives cannot.

they ure look nice mine are still not here yet and i got my shipping notice four days ago..... and the tracking number does not work. maybe the came today. i sure hope so.
