I used my 460 for the first time today...just got it Thursday. I cut up some oranges with it and man did it slice right through them with no resistance what so ever. I don't think I'll ever need another kitchen knife. The oranges fell right open like parting the Red Sea man I'm impressed and happy as heck I finally snagged one up before Doc got to it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Love those ELMAX pics! Oh how I miss the days when I could afford to order a pile of Busse steel. Those ELMAX knives would be so great down here in the salt air. I was lucky enough to get one of each at list price. Wish I could have gooten a few more to stash away. Maybe next ganza. I hope they offer more in a Ganza it would be nice to get some at list I might be able to pick up more than one at a time...
