This was actually pleasant!
However, we had to chose the carefully from a number of different massageclinics! Some were not just for massage. There the happy ending was emplied.
We didn't go for the happy ending.

Mae Sai is the NOrthern most city of Thailand. Right on the border to Myanmar (formerly known as Burma)

We arrived in the city, which had a really funni layout. It is quite a small city, and the main road just leads right up to the border.

The border is marked by a raging river, over which a bridge crosses.
I spend the night in Mae Sai, at the best hotel in the town. It was horrible!
But with a pretty nice view towards Myanmar.

That evening we ate at a small street kitchen, where we got the best Thai food of the entire trip

Day 10
A 10 Am we went for the border. We had left our bags at the hotel, and just packed our smaller bags. We would only spend one day in Myanmar.

The crossing itself was pretty exciting.
You leave Thailand, and your Thai visa is taken. Then you cross the bridge.

While crossing the bridge you also cross the road. This because the Thai drive in the left side of the road, and the Burmese drive in the right side of the road.
