My problem is I used to work for a living. Hard manual labor all day. I never needed to work out. I did it 8-15 hours a day. Now I sit in a car most of the day and still need the same level of cardio and strength part of the time.

I spent the last 2 years in front of a computer screen. didn't see daylight for a few days in a row. now that things are in order Im seeing to it that I get outside more often. I think fishin is going to lead tk hunting and hunting to hiking. looking forward to it..

I will find you a link. Its easier to read about it. Think Scottish track and field. Mostly lifiting and throwing heavy things. All based on ancient warfare and farm work.

bro almost made it a few years ago, had to take an asthma day to rest toward the summit and his guide pulled the plug.....we will be going without a guide, and yes we know what we are doing
