ANymore I have to work out early. By the time I get home at night its way to late and All I want to do is sleep.

changing my diet was my big thing over the last few years. fast food maybe once every 3 or 4 months. and usuay when somebody else suggests it... bought a steamer and some decent kitchen utensils and started cooking my own...

My days as a strength athlete are past their prime. You have to have a strong base and a bum knee prevents my training for that. Unless I want to hurry up and get some artifical parts.

my dad has two artaficial knees, he is lovin life now

he had one bum knee since his airforce days

then blew the other out couchin us in ball when we where younger
