The whole event is based on different companies show with teams of runners.
My company shows up with 30 runners

When I was younger It was Hwa Rang Do actually taught by one of the legends who happened to be a family friend. As an adult at work I have done Koga, PPCT, Controlled force (MMA based), Krav Maga, Spear and some ground fighting under the Gracie Grappling center when we had one locally.
