OK, so you're not really THAT far from the coast. Not good from what they're saying. Hopefully you don't live in a flood prone area.

My house is on high ground but there are some areas around here that do get severe flooding. There are lots of small creeks that overflow when something like this comes along.

This should all be over in a few days anyway so I'm not really worried too much about it. I do remember when Floyd cam through back in 1999 and ripped part of my roof off. I hope this one doesn't do the same thing.
