Seems a guy I know is pissed at the yard. He got a butter knife dull elmax and emailed the shop two weeks ago and never got a response. So he complained to me about it and I sent Renee a pm. She
Replied yesterday and said that she never got a email from him and she would contact him. So it's only been a day and a half since I sent the pm and the guy is sending
Texts saying the yards got the worst customer service he has ever seen. And he will never buy from them again and I'm just not sure what to say to him

You don't owe him a response. Some people want everything right now. I have no doubt the yard will take care of him. This is a small company in the U.S. They don't have 24-7 coverage. He is free to choose to do business with whomever he wants. Its on him if he can find a better knife for the price and better service. more power to him.

Tell your friend that email is never guaranteed to arrive anywhere and to just call instead. Yes, that is news to most people.

I've never had less than stellar customer service from the Yard, their products are fairly priced. Plus I get a kick out of supporting a company that still does its design, production and customer service in the US or Europe.

I always get a response that day it's only been a day and a half and the website says 48 hours. I feel bad because I talked up the yard. I have no clue why his email didn't go through two weeks ago.
I also feel like saying sharpen it your self stupid but I think one of the reasons he liked
My elmax is because I haven't needed to sharpen them after a deer and a truck load of geese. I think he doesn't know how to sharpen
