Quick home remedy, a teaspoon of baking soda in 8 oz of warm water and squeeze in half a lemon. Changes your body from acidic ( which most people are) to alkaline, which is very inhospitable to viruses and bacteria. Gotta be careful though, it may raise your salt intake ( the lemon is supposed to neutralize the sodium in the baking soda) that why either one half teaspoon or one teaspoon only
