last year I got a little taste of it but this year I'm hoping to really get some time in. I've been to a few wma's around me but plan to do some hiking through them this early this spring. maybe do some turkey hunting where I can, maybe some hog hunting, and if not that then fishing.

Morning Skunk. Looks like we're gonna get dumped on this morning. Calling for some snow, sleet, freezing rain and then it gonna warm up to just rain this afternoon. How life treating you?

I am gonna have to turn investigator today.
Stepson has said his dad wants to be buried at the local Vet cemetery if anything happened to him (he said this some time ago but we just found out about it). ANYWAY, non of his present family knows where his DD214 is. I've got to scour the county courthouse to see if he ever registered it (doubtful) and if not see if the cemetery can help. We of course COULD be against the clock here, so it is going to be frustrating dealing with the government. He got out of the Navy in 1975.

Yeah, I have been compiling a list of agencies and phone numbers. Gonna heat up the phone lines starting around 0800 (or when the places open).
I've got numbers for the courthouse, clerks office in case he DID register his DD214. Numbers for the regional Vet affairs office AND the local Vet Cemetery. I've also got his full name, DOB and ssn if I need it.
