Mexico has even worse gun laws!!!! It would be a nightmare and then you have to got through export import licensing. Mexico would be a poor choice

main reason I passed on the marlin .357 I have wanting for years now is I held another maker rifle. when I looked are marlin it was okay. but at twice the price on the 336 I couldn't see what was paying for. I still want the rifle but it's messes with me that the .357 costs so much more 30/30.

I'm hoping they switched production to Ky instead on NY. I know they also shut down Bushmaster in Maine. Rem owns them as well.

Oh wait a sec, I DO have a lever gun. It's out at my Mom and Dad's house. It's a marlin model 39 (I think), 30-30.
