Something else you can try is wrapping a boneless chicken breast with bacon and baking it. Now THAT I could handle. Then try this. Take a boneless breast and slice it like a hoagie roll. Get some swiss cheese and some ham. Line the breast with a layer of swiss and then add the ham. Close it and then wrap it tight with about 4 strips of bacon. Cook it covered about 30 minutes at 350 and then take the cover off and cook it until the bacon is crispy.

I've had the chicken and ham and cheese, just not with the bacon. Matter of fact when you mentioned it that is what I thought of. But I can't remember what it's called! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />
