trying to decide if I want to cook up the 3 smaller fish for dinner or wait and see what I get in the morning. if I get a mess of them ill just cook it all and enjoy it with some family.

if i may snag a big cast iron skillet ove the weekends. i should manage to limit out at any time this year i'll just go ahead and get a decent deep fryer.

Before we got our deep fryer we used a cast iron dutch oven as a deep fryer.

page 50 is long gone... we are in the bob sled now! it's all about timing!

Worked pretty good, just used a slotted ladle to get the stuff out with.

hmm... i forgot about the dutch oven. that sounds like a good option.
