So not trying to be cute but how do you register a magazine that dosnt have a serial number ??????? That is a good question. At this point nobody knows. All we know is we have to register them by the end of this year but they didn't finalize how we are going to register the mags. I'm guessing a form with your name/address/how many mags you have? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />

We don't know if it will cost us yet. Maybe they can put Connecticut - Unconstitutional State on the mags?
