Beautiful work, Klink. When does the Klink Leatherworks open for business?

i just found this one

it's for the mora #333 but that's a 13" blade with a similar profile to the 1311... maybe it'll fit :P

I would suggest that you find out what blade thickness that sheath is made for. Most Mora and Machete's are thinner than the usual Busse Kin.

I wonder if there's a cheap Condor sheath that'll work...

I've actually been considering making a plain jane less expensive alternative to the usual custom sheath, but I'm still thinking about it, and then it will still probably wouldn't be quite as cheap as the production stuff.

Morning Jeff. How goes it?

Pretty well I guess, had to get up early to see that my youngest got a good start to her new job today. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Another cup or two of coffee and then I guess I'll get back to work on Blade pants. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I don't know if there such a thing as too much coffee. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I usually finish off a full pot before I get good and going. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Got's to have my cup'o Joe, and another, and another... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/loopy.gif" alt="" />

Can't do that anymore. 4 cups is my limit and then I get wired.

Rainwalker, your gear is seriously awesome. I want one of your sheaths. I just have to figure out which one of my blades i love enough to give such epic trousers

A combat grade sheath line that is a little less expensive, without the art, but with the function, would really interest me for the SYKCO line.
But some day I will have a Rainwalker masterpiece for a special knife, I just have to decide which one.

well, according to the owner of Baryonyx knife company, the Mora sheath is unlikely to fit the 1311.

It'll be .5" too short, and probably a but to narrow.

That's a real bummer because i really like that design for pack carry

i wish i had the tools to make a simple leather sheath. Maybe someone will make a super simple sheath like the mora one that won't break the bank
