For those of you who have experience with these two blades, which do you prefer and why?

I know they are very similar, but I'd like to know what my fellow dogs may have to say on the matter.....

I think the war dog feels better in the hand. The pork shank was just a bit to thin for me. If I had to pick one it would be the wardog definitely.

I would love to see a anorexic wardog though

GS, I have a Wardog Hack that is deeply hollow ground that I have never used, but I think it would work better than my regular WarDog which is flat ground.

Post up a picture skunk. I would like to see it. I have 3 favorite grinds full flat, convex, and scandi. just for ease of sharpening ect.

I don't have a picture, but there are a lot out there.

It is a Busse Combat Wardog HACK, marked 1 of 12 (or 13, I forget). Oh and it has a bead blasted finish.

Ok I know which ones your talking about. I want a mix between the elmax 460 and the wardog in thickness. and I'll take it in either steel lol

Here is a link that I think will show the grind. Mine is just like the picture.

You can't really tell from the pics but the HACK version, I think because of the deep hollow grind does not seem to be as thick although it is. And MAN is it light weight.

NOPE, mine is the full size blade. I wanted the shorter length. I thought they were all the shorter lengths but when the knife arrived (It was a proxied blade for me) it was the full length. No biggie.
