VERY few folks ever go there. And when they do it's just a couple neighbors to go fishing and this has happened only maybe three times in the last year and a half.

If you can't completely trust your neighbors when times are good, how do you think they will act when times are bad, such as when needing to go to a bug-out location? I still suggest you develop a "plan B".

Who owns the lake and surrounding property?
I have owned our place here for 28 years, yet I am surprised at how many folks know about my pond and the good fishing. ;(

Largemouth bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. That is the recommended stocking for ponds in Missouri according to the Conservation Department. Many years ago, a previous owner used to raise catfish, clean them, and then take them to Kansas City to sell.
