Now you've got me thinking that I should go with canvas when I order my TGLB. I was going to get G10 but now I'm starting to lean toward canvas.

Remember you can always send it to the custom shop to change handles/get it repainted if you don't like it. I have canvas and love it. If I decide later to get g10 I'm sure it would not be much more than the $50.00 they already charge except for the added shipping cost...and a wait.
I have a Black paper HRLM that I may have new handles made for, if not by Busse then someone else.

Well, go with black canvass then. More you use it, the darker it gets <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

That's a good point. I wouldn't have thought about sending it back to be refinished. Canvas it is.

Yep, use it or dye it. Can and will get darker / black.
I choose canvas often because it has a lot more pros than cons in my opinion. A lot if the cons come from its color. Many would like for black canvas to be a true black.
I knew it would look nice on my tanker grey TGLB. Debated a lot with colors and materials on that one, there are a bunch of combinations possible.
In the end, I went with something that would make a great user. Tanker and black canvas.

Does the dye come off after use or if wet? I have wondered that myself. But I'm betting if you use quality products, the dye (once dry), will not come off (say in hand when wet). But someone more knowledgable on the subject please advise.
