Mine showed up a few minutes ago..
HOLY CRAP! I guess i don't have any reason to buy an NMFBM now.
This thing is huge, and while it's light, it's balance is way forward on the blade making it feel like a born chopper
it's also bigger than i expected

it's also bigger than i expected Is it sharp? It's sharp, but not exceptionally so. I think it's plenty sharp for a chopper, so i won't be doing any resharpening until it gets dull Neat fact, the sheath from my condor boomslang fits PERFECTLY

the boomslang is one of my favorite knives. I stripped and polished mine, and it is a monster chopper
It is also incredibly lively in the hand. It handles more like a fighter than a chopper in that regard.
the steel is surprisingly excellent. It holds an edge much better than i expected.
