OK, fixed the email reply address in OP.

Some have asked if this can be fixed without sending the sheath. The answers is yes, directions below.

1.If you cut the rounded impression of the Kydex out, you can use some sandpaper (150g or so) to smooth rough edge of the cut.

2. The snap and screw holding the TekLok will need to be swapped in their possitions

3. Snap the strap to the mated snap on the sheath, pull tight and mark the new hole in the attaching end of the strap (hole for the screw end)

4. Remove excess strap material from strap with hot knife.

5. Tighten screws and you got it!

If you do not feel comfortable doing this method, please send the sheath in for the fix.

in the process of geting my kdsh out to get the sheath off to send back i got cut <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> glad its small though

I like the modification a lot better. If I were at my place I would do the mod's but since I am with family right now I contacted MC to send it in.

He took care of mine really fast!
