Please send the knife back and we will replace it. I am sorry for the trouble...some things just happen, but this is why we have such a strong warranty. Dan And this is why we keep coming back. Best knives, best customer service and best warranty in the industry. Period!

Sorry for long delay but wanted to do a follow up. I just got back from a 3 week vacation and had a nice replacement 1311 waiting for me in my hold mail. Dan had shot me a replacement very quickly, I had sent the old one out pretty much as I left for vacation and the postmarked new one was pretty much right behind it. I wasn't in a hurry for this one because I have several yard knives I carry but if I was needing it, it was here very quickly.
Thank you Dan for a speedy and quality replacement, Ironically this is the only SCKW that has bit me twice, It was so sharp, I got cut on the first one and the second one I got it again very lightly as well on the counter when I bumped it. Very happy with it and it was a great Christmas gift.

Glad to hear you got one! Sounds like the yards knives need to come with a few band aids. I think every kin owner owner I've talked to has been bitten once

Most definitely, this one came sharper than all my rat knives,yard knives and busse infi knives put together.

Crazy! Didn't think it was possible to break one. He didn't really break it in all fairness, most just damaged the edge pretty good....

Wow, we saw that years ago with a batch do sr77 but this is the only time i have seen it with sr101.
