that was actually my suspicion - it tasted like a bad batch -- had plenty of carbonation! My septic tank will be very happy now.

not bad -- each one looks better.
now youy need to find some double headed quick rivets so they don't look so funky from the other side.

the colored parts were CMC cut out of a piece of 9 or 10 gauge steel.
ebony stain on the wood.
the thing is 33"x43" and weighs 39 pounds.
