I was on slick guns 20 minutes ago after work- said Gander Mountain had MP 15 Sports for $700+...while I was calling I refreshed and they came back as sold out! Oh well! I am down to 150 rounds of 22lr and 50 of my lead free 9mm for the range! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> Went ammo shopping 3-4x last week with no luck! Have 1000+ of 22 ordered with Cabelas and they think it will be in in 2 more weeks...that's after they though late February! D'oh!

congrats on the rifle luck! at the height of the panic I saw a colt on consignment listed for $5K. looks like you just saved $4,000 by waiting. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Thanks, didn't need or really want. Just too good to pass up.
While I was there I saw the delivery guy make at least 5 trips to his truck. All the boxes were long, so I'm guessing rifles and shotguns. They said handguns were still scarce.

Supply chain starting to catch up.........the sad thing is that ammo needs to return ASAP. A rifle without ammo is an expensive and complicated club/spear.

The WalMart near us still gets their dribbles of ammo three days a week. I picked up a few boxes of .30-06 and a Savage Axis in .223. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Went to cabelas member preview in Columbus Ohio. Total zoo but scored a couple hundred rounds of hollow points for the handguns. Nothing in .223 5.56 avalible though and no mags. Handled my first sig.... I need one now.

Oh and I found a gunshop in a hardware store the other day that had all kinds of ammo (cept 22) and it wasn't jacked up to bad.
