Welcome to the Yard, Joe. I think you will be impressed with the 911. That SR101 (52100) steel takes and holds an edge. And the Busse heat treat makes it tough.

Again guys thanks for the warm welcome. DT don't worry we are all at least a little bit bat S!@t crazy. It's what allow us to survive and thrive in our insane world. LOL Two weeks huh. That I can do without getting too antsy. LOL Horn Dog It was seeing a you tube video in which the 911 was keeping up with a larger blade in chopping that finally convinced me. Well that and reading the comparisons between SR-101 and a few other steels and of course the price. I have to agree that these knives are awesome tools at a ridiculously great price. My thanks go out to Mr. Bussey for making great tools affordable.
