see, thats why stainless would be perfect!
1. stainless + FFG is good to use in food prep, where face it, most knife action in the house happens
2. there already was sr101 and d2 from the swamp
3. because of #1, we can buy them for our ladies, or moms or sisters
4. Don't have to worry about coating the stainless! One less variable!

that works too, although I'd prob rather have elmax if it's gotta be stainless. Can be CG too. Doesn't need to be shiny <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
