Sorry Timo, got busy, elderly lady swears she didn't call E911 and then refuse to talk to the EMS dispatcher. Well We got her address and phone number right off the E911 reporting screen and I FINALLY got her to agree to let the phone company know she may have phone problems. Plus got a couple calls for an ambulance.
