Our first aid attendants did a great job

haven't seen many crappie caught on worms. mostly the break and catfish go after worms. seeing folks catching both catfish and crappie on minnows. guy caught a 2.5 pound large mouth on a jig in shallow water yesterday. pretty interesting learning what will and won't go for what.

heart attack first thing into morning would make for an interesting day...

We only have one lake in this area with crappies in it and I don't think they get much bigger than eight or ten inches long

i'm good.. just trying to enjoy the weather. will be hot pretty soon. and i guess the snakes are starting to come out. will has to remember to stay off the grass while I'm out fishing now.

What type of snakes do you get around there

think the one to really watch out for right now are the water moccasins. supposed to be a pretty nasty snake if you cross one. if I'm understanding diff they will even chase you. not looking forward to dealing with these.

not too familiar with the snakes we have to deal with but rattlers and moccasins are two I know to be on the look out for.
