I am not sure but aren't Chaparral Arms made by Uberti? I think I am wrong. I was confusing Chaparral with Cimarron Arms. Cimarron imports Uberti. I think Chaparral imported Armi San Marco.

Uberti might do both of them. Anyway, check on SASS (I think) they use lever guns so I am sure they know about those.

WAY back in about 1972 I had a Winchester '94 30-30. Rascal was a lot heavier than I thought it would be. Haven't had a ratchet rifle since.

i thought about how much it would save just to get a used 336 and be dome with it. would rather not add another caliber. back when i first started looking there was a chance you could find a marlin for $500.
