I messed my back up raking leaves and working up some dirt to sow some grass a couple weeks ago. Then, like a brain surgeon, I went on a 400 mile motorcycle ride the next day!

Haha, sometimes we all make unwise decisions. My Brother-in-law has a NICE Harley 988 that he was gonna take down some and clean up. It's been setting for two years now. Boy I'd like to get my hands on that. But Patty is against it, she had an uncle killed on one and a another seriously hurt.

OGB is ok with me riding, but she wanted me to make sure I have good life insurance LOL

She finally realized that I don't ride crazy, and that cuts out a lot of the risk.

I go on the theory that if it's your time, it's your time. Doesn't matter if you're on a motorcycle or sitting in the recliner at home.

Yeah, I wish Patty thought that way. Tuesday when I was talking to about what the Dr. said during my followup (he said that there MIGHT be a need for me to swallow one of those little camera thingies at some future date to find out where I am loosing blood at) she started getting real quiet and cried just a little, worried about me. She said that she didn't want me to be sick and wanted me around and healthy as long as she lived.
