My scrapper 6 came in the mail yesterday <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> What a piece of steel, I was expecting a large blade but this is way beyond my expectations. This is my first good fixed blade besides an entrek jag and I thought it was a thick blade. This scrapper looks like it could chew its way out of anything. I can't wait to use this baby. Now I need to find some nice sheaths. Patti and Dan your the greatest! Oh and by the way shipped on thurs arrived sat.

Tom,I just saw an LE with sheath over on the bladeforum for $150. I also saw that Leatherface has a couple of kydex sheaths for scrappers over there. I'm trying to stay away until the LE is gone.

Caz - I was going to TRY and stay away from ordering an LE, as I had already received my CG version, but the Scrapper is such a great knife I just HAD to get an LE! I appreciate your mention of the one on Bladeforums, but I have already ordered one from the Yard. Perhaps someone else may want to jump on that good deal though. I will be making my own sheath from some leather I had bought at a gun & knife show some time back. However, for those that want to buy a nice sheath at a good price, Leatherface is a good person to contact, along with several others. I too want an LE, because I LOVE the Scrapper so much too!! But, alas, I can not afford one now. I need to get Christmas gifts. I have my spouse taken care of, I need to focus on my Dad, Stepmom & brother.

No prob! That's usually my first top to check for nearly anything, cause you can prob find it and save a ton of money besides. It's nice to be able to shop in your PJs, not have to fight the holiday crowds, and save money besides. I have a hard enough time managing to save for the knives, let alone pants for 'em. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> I always thought I'd wait until I had all the knives I needed, then start buying sheaths for them.
