Pretty much same as you. Just stressing over the Auction Mom and Dad had, It rained cats and dogs for all but the last 30-45 minutes of the sale. But it did really well.
Now just to close on the house Tuesday and the stress will be over.

Yeah they moved into government built low rent apartment a couple weeks ago. Dad is 84 and Mom will be 81 in Dec. Dad just couldn't keep the place up the way he wanted to any more.

He feels a LOT better in the apartment. Doesn't have to worry about any maintenance or stuff tearing up. If it does just call the "Super".

House upkeep can get to be a bit much, glad he's doing better in his new situation
Hobbes, I didn't go this year, just couldn't get the time from work and didn't really feel like spending the money this year.
Usually we get the updates from the Busse people about the new blades, but nothing this year, and the reports from the guys have been fairly subdued, either not a bunch of new stuff, or Busse told everyone to keep it quiet. Don't know, at this point, kind of glad I skipped this year

Blade offerings were definitely not close to last year, but. I had a better year for stuff. Scores a Hinderer, Fellholter, RMJ shrike, and a couple of tees. I'll post my Busse and kin scores when I get home 10 hours from now. Like they say blade is more for the gathering and KC is for the knives.
