Take the packing out from under the felt then replace it with cotton balls you should get around a week or two after that.

Thanks for the reply.

Cotton balls, really? And only 1-2 weeks or 1-2 weeks atop my current 1-2 weeks?

I had a Zippo years ago and used it to lite many a fag for several a las. It only needed refilling every couple months. This newer Zippo needs refilled once a week-week.5 and gets little to no use.

I also use ronsonol fluid as it seems to last longer.

Yea, zippo's are pretty bad about losing fluid due to evaporation and summer heat really adds insult to injury.

My apologies to all for thread hijack/stray.

My thanks to those commenting on my Zippos issue.

I have a Colibri that has been reliable for well over a decade, so that's my EDC lighter. Butane, needs only topped off every three months or so. Wish my Zippos were like this, I do like the sensations of sound and smell of these things.

Now, the Ganza...

I really need to decide. As it stands right now...I like everything offered but every item has a factor hindering my commitment. For example, I own 711s and 311s, Elmax Steak Knife and a KDSH. And my first choice for the SHBM is a non-swedge, non-LB LE, that may never exist.

That's exactly what I'm going through right now, I keep going back and forth on this.
