Haha, I'm not sure what I am gonna do with it. Maybe turn it into a full time kitchen knive. I mean it will fit in the knife block. I don't believe I have sheaths for any of my scrap max knives (one of each of the 4). As for kitchen use, I'd really be interested in larger Scrap Max knives intended for food prep. Large Chef's knife, paring knife, cleaver, fillet knife...and so on....would be a very interesting set.

I'll admit the 340 is kinda small for a lot of kitchen duty. But Patty really likes that size for peeling spuds and slicing pickles and such.

Good morning, guys.
We could use some prayers here. My wife's grandmother passed away last night. Long story short: She fell and broke her hip about a week ago. After her surgery, she had blood clots move to both of her lungs. My wife was very close to her grandmother, especially since my wife lost her father when she was only six years old.
We named our daughter after my wife's grandmother, and she was talking about her namesake shortly before she passed.
I'm not going to dedicate an entire thread to this. I would just like to quietly ask that you say a prayer for our family.
