Man, I hate the day shift. Our shift starts at 5:00, for both days and nights since we work a 12 hour shift. 5:00 means I have to get up at 3:30, and the hardest part is going to bed early enough to get enough sleep. That last part NEVER happens. It would be so much better if the shift started at 6:30. Oh well, that's what I get for not getting educated. I don't mind getting up at 0430. When I'm not working nights, I'll get up no later than 0630 or so anyway.

I'm definitely greatful.
One of my Marine Corps buddies recently retired from the service and got hired on with the company I work for. He got fired on Monday.
