I sold my NIB Group Ind Uzi about nine years ago for $3000.

Class III items are expensive for a reason, because the transferable ones have not been readily available since 1986. Not to mention feeding the beasts these days. I did ok on mine.

Talking of rising prices on steel, look at some of the original Busse blades that were limited in number and over 20 years old--insane too.

I sold all of my Class 3 about 9-10 years ago. I didn't buy it before it was expensive, and lost money when I sold everything. I did enjoy them at first, but the cost of feeding them about broke me. I was shooting 2500 rounds a month through my C&R Sten MkV.

I think the prices are now in the "you have to be kidding" range. People buying in now are going to have a hard time recovering their costs, because only the super-rich can afford a $25,000 converted AR15.
