Our county doesn't have any animal leash laws. Only kind of animal control we can do is shoot dangerous animals or call the humane society for animal abuse cases.

The guy had them in aquariums in a room with a bunch of pot plants and was letting a two year old kid run around in the room. Real brain surgeon.
