As a token of my appreciation and a way to commemorate the achievement of 300,000+ posts on our forum in our first three years as a company. I am offering a limited edition patch to those Dogs that qualify.

The following is the criteria and rules associated with this offer:

1. Any Dog that has achieved Junk Yard Dog status automatically qualifies. The only requirement is to send Patti an e-mail that includes your Forum Name, Real Name and Shipping Address. Patti@scrapyardknives.com

2. Dogs who have more than 3,000 posts will receive the Gold Level Patch. This is a very special edition of the Commemorative Dog Patch. This is my way of recognizing those Junk Yard Dogs that have really made this forum a very special place. For those JYD’s who want to make a run for the Gold...go for it, but you only have until December 15th.
You will need to decide which patch you want since it will still be limited to one patch per Dog. Those Dogs that run for the Gold will need to e-mail Patti once they achieve the Gold Level by December 15th. Include your Forum Name, Real Name and shipping address. Example: JYD #199 has 2,830 posts as of today…they decide that they are going for the Gold patch. They will need to post 171 times between Oct 23rd and December 15th to receive the exclusive Gold Patch. Should they not make it to Gold they just send Patti an e-mail with Forum Name, Real Name and shipping address to receive the regular limited edition patch. Patti@scrapyardknives.com

3. If you have less than 1,000 posts, you will need to post 30 times between now (October 23rd) and December 15th. In other words you have 54 days to make 30 posts on the ScrapYard Forum. Additional requirements:
- Each post must be made up of at least 5 words or more and form a complete thought…no “+1, +1, +1, +1, +1 and or symbols like 5 thumbs-up or smiley faces. A picture without 5 words does not count as a post for this criteria.
- Posts made to the JYD Death Chat III thread will not count towards this criterion. Posts must be made to an active thread or newly posted thread and engage the subject at hand.
- You will need to send Patti an e-mail that includes your Forum Name, Real Name and shipping address once you achieve the 30 post criteria. Patti@scrapyardknives.com

Please note; I will not blindly send anyone a patch. We must receive an e-mail requesting one before midnight eastern standard time on December 15th. A review will be done to determine if the individual has met the criteria. Please do not create an alternate user name in an attempt to get more than one patch; this is against forum rules.

If you do not include your forum name, real name and or address in your email we will be unable to send you a patch. We are not staffed to chase down your information. To be clear, this is a personal gesture of thanks and we reserve the final decision as to who gets a patch.

The patch is oval in shape and measures 2.75” x 3.25” and has a glue back allowing for ironing on.
