Ruger 10/22 Takedown in Stainless (I like the Mossy Oak version) with a few 25 round mags and a sack full of ammo. Twist on a Silencerco Sparrow suppressor and you are good to go.
1311 for up close and personal. Is there any other choice?
They will never hear me coming or going. Less noise = less zombies. Invisible man ftw. This. The only mod I "might" make, is to take a bolt 22...but I'm torn on that topic. Question: would a ghillie suit work in a Zombie infested environment? Curious if they go more by smell, or otherwise.

From all the research i have done some are smell, some are sound, and others are movement driven.

As Season 4 is about to begin, What would YOUR choice be if you could ONLY have one gun and one knife (and why) in a Walking Dead World.
Mine without to much thinking would be
1. 357 mag short rifle For longer distance shooting and also would allow for close in rapid shoulder or "From the Hip" if REALLY needed
2. 911 or a BWM. Big enough for building a life and doing a one hit stop on the Walkers. The handgun would need to be a S&W 500...goes through a group of Z's and keeps on giving Knife would need to be a SYKCO 1311 or 1111. I like the reach Rifle would need to be a AR15 with a 200 round drum clip Yep this would do the job Dan

Your choices would of course be MUCH better Dan, but I was working under the assumption that I would be "On the run" and having to maintain mobility. Therefor I would want to keep it light.
