Rabbits have been scarce this year around here.

I haven't seen near as many deer this year as I usually do. I don't know if the blight that hit them last year thinned them out that bad or what, but I used to see a dozen or so every morning in my front yard. Haven't seen any there in a month or two.

We had a disease killing deer here last year. It hit them hard up in the mountains and in the next county over. Didn't think it hit them that bad here at home though.

Year deer have haven't been all the prolific around here either.

But they did need thinned out. There were way too many for the area.

Maybe it was just Mother Nature's way of taking care of the overpopulation.

Who knows?

Yeah soon as my relief decides to show up. He usually rolls in about 1 or 2 till. Gosh I hate that.
