I was going to fix it up, but it's gonna cost me a lot more than its worth. I think we may buy another one next year.

i'm thinking its going to be a favorite. place has lights, a walking path, benches, and one area of bank about 40-50 feet long that sits about 3 feet over the water. literally just stick the rod in and walk back and forth. might even get my dad to go. thinking about giving him my 10' rod but he may never go and i still would never get my rod back lol...

Our squirrel season opens tomorrow. I guess I'll spend tomorrow in the woods.

It's time to do some scouting for deer season anyway.

i'll probably be stuck on the banks for some years myself. i would love to have a boat but i'm more inclined to get some land and have my own little fishing hole at some point. plus i dont think my car would do all that good a job pulling a boat.

Had my first deer meat of the year last night. Wanting some more now lol.

yup, we are about to start hitting the woods real soon. funny thing us that ever since i decided i was going to do a good bit of rabbit hunting i havent seen a single rabbit when im out there.

My next boat is going to be a pontoon. Harder to pull, but way more deck space.

Going to be a grandpa soon, gotta have something big enough to take the kid fishing and out playing on the lake.

Got a couple years to get one, I guess. But soon.

Pontoons are a lot more versatile I think, Unless you are on a small body of water.

You know you're in the grandparent stage when you start driving a minivan or station wagon and prefer a pontoon over a speed boat.
