Personally I would rule out wheel guns. You could possibly run into situations where you need rapid reload capability and a wheel gun would just be to slow. The new Kel-tech 14 shot pump shotgun using silver coated buckshot and a bayonet made out of a oak stake. And M4 grenade launcher loaded with exploding Holy Water filled grenades.

Of everything I own I'd have to go with the FAL I just got.
I once saw a program where they tested the ballistics of silver bullets. The bullets did not engage the rifling well at all. If ballistic tipped, copper jacketed, fragmenting silver bullets could be had, to me, those would make the perfect werewolf control round.
