And I don't do any of the Asian foods. No Chinese, Japanese, nothing like that. Again, it's the spices and sauces that kill me.

Well try this Chicken Adobo with rice.
Fix some rice, just plain ole boiled rice.]
Next mix up a batch of 1/2 soy sauce and 1/2 vinegar. Cut up some onions.
Pour that into a pot or pan and boil the chicken in it. When the chicken is done, serve over the rice.
