Trap never held much interest for me. Now Skeet, that is the kind of shots I was used to hunting. I have an old L.C. Smith that is a specialized skeet gun. It's a 20 gauge, 22 inch barrels bored skeet x skeet. I've carried it quail hunting and rabbit hunting many times, but it's mainly a skeet gun.

If only because it is helpful for 5 stand and sporting clays. 5 stand is a hellish mixture of trap and skeet, singles, report doubles and true doubles, coming from a possible 15 different places

Oooooo Wally world here has a Beretta 9mm carbine in stock and IT IS NICE. Bull pup design. I actually heard that the Hi-Point carbines were pretty good little guns. Believe it or not!

What I really want is a 9mm AR-15 carbine. I'm familiar with the platform and a lot of stuff is interchangeable.

There is a carbine out there that uses Glock mags, I forget the manufacturer. But that would be ideal. I could use my Glock mags, maintain one ammo stockpile, etc.
