Whew. Finally got ahold of the keyholder and he said all is OK. Smacked a fly against the window with a paper and it set off the glass breakage alarm. Just another case where the alarm companies DO NOT give us any info about the residence phone number OR keyholder info so we can call.

Oh we ask, WHEN the alarm companies call us. Problem is the people who they serve assume that the alarm companies have already given us all the info as soon as they sign up a new customer in our county, and they don't!
We find out about new alarms in the county when they go off, and not before.
