My concern is she will stop taking care of herself since he is gone. She is 93 and despite being deaf she is in great shape.

She should. My Mother lives in another house on the farm and my Aunt and Uncle live in the same town.
I'm hoping my mother will step up and make her take care of herself.
I'm one of the few people she doesn't get mad at when i tell her she needs to take better care of herself.
My sister and Aunt were surpised when she agreed to try "Ensure" after I bought her a pack of it. They figure she would be mad that I showed up with it. She just asked if I really thought she needed it and I wrote her a note telling her yes ebcause she was skin and bones and she wasn't in June.

I've dealt with the shooting all day. Had to stop n the way home and grab a cold beer. Haven't had one since June but this was an extraordinary day.
