XT is my first Victorinox. You canīt open the blades with one hand but other than that I have only good experiences. Feels like a quality tool.

Actually I do have a Victorinox kitchen knife. For a 30 euro knife I think itīs pretty good.

My biggest problem with the Fallknivens was learning how to sharpen them. Once I got that, I love mine. What was the problem?

Never had a convex knife before. Now that I know how to sharpen them, I convex a lot of my other knives.
